West Coast Air

Just Wondering what guys are saying about working for West Coast Air, you know, minimum qualifications, lifestyle, typical day, what type of flying(sked or charter), pay.....

A good company but hard to get into without time on type... There are a bunch of guys/girls working for them waiting for the right seat.. If you think you are Captain material, best you have time on type on floats..

I heard from a former employee that they check people out and give them hours right seat on the Twotter then send them away to find PIC time elsewhere .. sounded like a place to go with left seat time, but keep in mind this is all second hand info.
