Montana 2800 amphib floats

Hi I was just wondering if anyone out there has or knows anyone who has any experience with Montana 2800 amphib floats. I am considerering buying a quick build set for my plane but would like to talk to someone who has seen them perform or has been involved in putting a pair together. Any replys will be greatly apppreciated.
