looking to buy specialized tools for the DHC-2

Hi,
I am looking to buy tools to maintain a DHC-2 on EDO 4930 straight floats with a Hamilton Standard (6101A-12).
It is a new start up company that will be operating in a third world country (Philippines). Therefore the idea is to be as much self-sufficient as possible in regards of maintenance and tools for this type of aircraft.
If you have specialized tools for the R985 engine, Hamilton Std propeller and other tools used for magnetos timing, cylinder compression, multimeter, cable tensiometer, etc, which you want to sale, I want to hear from you!
