Elementary work??

On a cherokee 140. IS it considered elementary work to change the gas valves under each wing? The area were we test gas prior to each flight?

I'm assuming you mean the push type or twist type fuel drain valves. No this is not elementary work. See CAR 625 Appendix A.

That is correct screw type drain valve.
