Hi

I have a question I am hoping someone can answer. I have both E and M training and accreditation from college. I have my m license but I am unemployed. Can I fill out form 24-0083 and apply for an e rating so while I am unemployed I can study and write my e exams?
I know I require 12 months specialty training in order to actually get an e endorsement, but I am hoping I can get the exams taken care of while being out of work.

My suggestion is to contact your local TC office and ask them, you'll have to contact them anyhow.
