Technicien d'entretien d'aéronefs
(3 postes permanent basé à Montréal)

• Être titulaire d’une licence M2 valide. La préférence sera donnée à ceux qui ont les certifications B300, DHC8 et B737;
• Avoir réussi les examens d’admissibilité à la certification OMA appelée Pouvoir de certification aéronef;
• Connaître les sections du MCM & MPM convenant aux spécifications de l’exploitation des aéronefs et les manuels de maintenance nécessaires dans l’exécution de ses tâches;
• Le candidat doit être capable de travailler de façon autonome et avoir un bon sens de l’organisation;
• Doit être en mesure d’obtenir et maintenir l’habilitation de sécurité de l'aéroport, incluant un permis de conduire côté piste.

Avantages sociaux et salaire
Salaire entre 64 915$ et 78 780$.

Aircraft maintenance engineer
(3 permanent positions based in Montreal)

• A valid M2 license. Preference will be given to the candidate holding B300, DHC8 and B737 endorsement(s);
• Have successfully completed the qualifying exam for AMO certification privileges;
• Be familiar with the appropriate parts of the MPM, MCM, aircraft operations specifications and maintenance manuals necessary for the performance of his/her duties;
• Applicant must be able to work autonomously and have good organizational skills;
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Airport Security Clearance (RAIC) including an airside driver’s permit.

Social Benefits and salary
Salary is between 64 915$ et 78 780$.

that's the revised pay scale?
Im thinking the talent that will be attracted to that pay scale in todays market will be reflective of that wage.

What was it for all the previous ad's?

Wow, top wage is roughly what I earned in 2008. And that was working on things much smaller than Boeings, living in a city far more affordable than Montreal. What kind of talent are you trying to attract? :shock:

What they need to come up with is a dollars to bullshit ratio for AME compensation. What’s on you T4 doesn’t tell you any stories of endless overtime and away from base, babysitting a large number of useless apprentices, having to suck managements dick, working for a company that has unsafe practices resulting in fines, suspensions, and crashes, then to dodge all the drunk Indians on the way home.

Not that I’m interested. I left this retarded industry two years ago and couldn’t be happier.
