I’m incorporated (contacting) and looking for tax de-deductions. I have paid for my courses in the past.

Does any one know who AC uses for 787. It’s not boeing anymore.

AC would be in house training, so you're going to spend $15,000 on a course to work as a contractor for $46 an hour? You actually paid for your own initial courses?????????????? Man how to bring the industry down.

AC doesn’t have 787 listed in house of TCS ato approvals. Anyone with real input? Negative $55 hr and I pay way way less tax then you.

I'm not sure what you would do with a 787 course as a contractor, unless you plan on working out of Singapore or other heavy maintenance outfit that may do work for AC.

You certainly ain't gonna command $55/hr there unfortunately.

Unless like you said you are just looking for a hefty tax write off? I'm not sure how the math works on accomodation and costs associated with a 6-10 week course, and how that saves you much money since you're not working at the same time....

AC had a posting for Calgary AME's couple weeks ago. YUL and YYZ always looking. Apply there if yeah want a 87 endorsement.

Thanks for all the input.

This would be for contracting outside Canada. I have more licences and few passports.

Pelesys has recently become the choice of training for AC. Contact them to see about seat availability.
