Information on Shift Work in Europe

Hi Everyone!

I am trying to do some research into any airlines that are outside of North America (specifically Europe and Australia). Does anyone have any contact information or can pass on information about shift times as an Aircraft Mechanic/Technician at any major company in the UK, Europe or Australia?

I am specifically looking for night shift duration, shift start/stop times, rotation schemes and if any premiums are paid for specific shifts. I am willing to take anything that anyone has - I will also respect anonymity of the company.
