Tensiometer
I have a Pacific Scientific tensiometer model T5-2002-104-00. I have lost the calibration chart. This is the chart that converts the gauge reading to pounds of tension on the cable. I've tried to contact the manufacturer in Puerto Rico but no response.
Each model has different calibration charts but I'm hoping someone out there has the same model I do.
If you do and are willing to forward a copy to me please PH me or throw it up on this site.
Thanks,
Ruddersup?

Page 6 has a copy of the card that you could transcribe.

Re: Tensiometer
Thanks "tired of the ground" but that is a generic chart of how they all work but not specific to any model and of course not mine. I do have this maintenance manual but no help with the "actual" card. The card would be with the tensiometer in the case.

Re: Tensiometer
I just found out the Calibration Card is T595-104 - hoping someone has one.
Re: Tensiometer
The calibration card is not generic, but is specific to each individual tensiometer. When you send it for calibration, the shop will provide you a new card each time, and it can differ every time. I have worked with multiple versions of the same part number, and the calibration cards are unique for each one.

Thanks Groncher. Yes I talked to the factory today and found that each one is special to each unit, not like the old squeeze ones that work with a spring.
