What’s everyone’s experience been like here in Canada with maintenance on the management side of business aviation? Pay, schedule, working conditions etc?

Not worth it, usually in a super expensive metropolis hub. You’ll have to live in Toronto or Calgary or Vancouver. They’ll pay you 90 - 100 grand but that’s the equivalent to 60-70 depending on if you commute or live in said metropolis. Schedules can be non existent depending on the aircraft owner and what you’re endorsed on. Do your research and ask people personally or on LinkedIn who work there.
