Cessna 182 Engine TBO's
Does anyone know of a website that lists the all the 182 models, engines and their TBO's. I know wikipedia lists the types and engines but I cannot find anywhere that lists the TBO's.
Thank you in advance....

Re: Cessna 182 Engine TBO's
For the O-470s:
All have a 1500hr TBO except some -Us (the best 470 for a 182 IMHO) with 2000.
Found some dated reference material here, but from my experience it is still accurate.

The 182 is one of the most STCed aircraft out there. There are way more engine options than mentioned here and lots of other variables that you just couldn't imagine.
I would highly suggest that if you're planning on buying a cessna of any type or leasing one then become a member of of the Cessna Pilots Association.
http://www.cessna.org/
The membership fee of $60 and will pay for itself with in 24hrs I can almost gaurentee that.
Once you become a member log into the forums for the most rich collection of Cessna information anywhere on the net.

As for engine options. There are way more than listed. PPonk, 0-520, IO-520, O-550, IO-550, IO-470, SMA Diesel, Turbo charged versions, Super Charged versions and the list goes on.
The Texas Skyways O-550 will give you a TBO of 2500hrs.
AVCanada forums are ok but for indepth Cessna informaton you can't beat the Cessna Pilots Association. BTW there is a knock of group called Cessna Owners Association don't confuse the two as the later is no where near as good a forum in my opinion.

Re: Cessna 182 Engine TBO's
I've got a C182 with an O470-50 Pponk 275hp conversion. TBO is 2000hrs. As Ifly said, stock is O470 with 1500hrs.
