Just wondering what its like at Transwest right now. Seems like there's AME job postings every month or two. Expanding or just high turnover?

Never worked there, but met a couple.
Seemed like a pretty respectable outfit. Airplanes are to be well taken care of, utilization isn't too nuts with the Ho's and TO. Not best lifestyle in Northern Sask but company helps out. Good people and pilots.
Most seem to learn their trade and spend a couple years then move on. Tough to stick around after a couple of years with other opportunities in the bigger cities. Lots of opportunity for outdoor fun and fishing though.
