write exam again before old ones expire

Post by Dr Rockter »

Hi just wondering if I can rewrite my cpl written before the old one expires. I never done as much flying as I thought I would and now my exam will expire (24 months) before I can get all the requirements complete. My goal is to write when I can study to allow me to just do the flying this summer.

thanks

Yes you could but why do it early? wait till your 2 weeks from flight test and rewrite if yours is expired. I wouldnt rewrite unless you have to, I know a guy who rewrote INRAT and failed even though it wasnt needed and had to do it again twice. My 2c.

thanks for the tips. I think I will wait until after my flight test. Then I am sure this will not happen again.
