Changing from helicopters to fixed wing

Hello Guys

What is the market like for a 45 y.o. helicopter pilot about 4500TT, 4000 pic turbine, IFR, ATPL. To convert ro fix wing and find a job?
What would be the path to convert my license to fix wing?
