Just be careful if you're running close to the full year prior to the application and the flight test was a partial where 2 flights were required. The 12 months is from the date of the first flight, not the date of the second one where you actually "successfully complete" the requirement.

And the 12 months is until you apply for the license, not the written test. If you write the test 11 months after the flight test and you fail it the first time, you're probably screwed.
