Have not flown with them, but they are more expensive then other schools in the area.
Compare the 172R/S and 182 rates:

https://www.bramptonflightcentre.com/re ... ntal-rates
Also their practice area is a distance away, costing more just to get to the area before you can start your lesson.
Considering you will be doing at least 50-60 hours for our PPL, this cost will add up.

did mine there. No complaints, would recommend, but as with any training place, finding the correct instructor for you is the key.
perceived cost increase can be offset if you are local and don't have to pay to travel to the school.
A good instructor will maximize the use of the time flying to and from the practice area for instrument and diversion practice amongst other things

Used to rent from there...it's more expensive on an hourly basis but if you live downtown it's a good option, you won't spend over an hour getting to Brampton or Burlington and gas costs add up. It's also a great little airport.

They're short of instructors right now, but the maintenance is good and if you get the right instructor, so is the training. Price isn't a big factor if you live downtown and can walk or take transit. Way cheaper than car + insurance + gas + time to get out to Brampton or Burlington.
