Need Instructor for IFR Rating

Hi,

I am looking for a current experienced flight instructor who can guide me to complete my IFR rating, category 3 (single engine) - likely out of CYTZ airport, I will have my own plane. Currently I have only about 22 hours IFR but not proficient at all in IFR flying. I have a PPL + Night rating.
