Hello All,
I'm turning 18 tommorow and just a bit of a concern that hopefully y'all can address. My eyesight used to be like -2.00 in both eyes now it's -3.80 and I feel like it won't stop getting worse. I'm working on my Multi IFR next year in a college program

It's normal for your eyesight to not stabilize until well in your twenties.
My eyes are -6.5 and didn't stop worsening til I was about 30.

Did you run into any issues with your CAT 1 Medical with that amount of vision loss??

No. As long as it can be corrected to within the limits, it’s fine.

You will probably be fine.
I would go see an Ophthalmologist, they will make sure there is nothing negative going on beyond regular stuff.
That might give you some added confidence.

wait you're already going to work on your multi next year at 18? what school?
