Looked like a fair and reasonable lawsuit. Until you hit the part where they demand 300k in damages each. Suuuurreeee...

$300,000 in damages doesn't seem that unreasonable when you take into account the lost wages. I mean they definetly won't be working for WestJet now, which was clearly what their intention joining the program in the first place was.

A shitty situation overall, pro tip is never pre pay an FTU.

That's right, they might end up at AC and make more money.

Re: SATC Lawsuit? Sault College

This could be interesting to follow. I am thinking there are more then a few who are/have attended a college is Sault Ste Marie that are following this.

Not having access to flight lessons in a timely manner.
Waiting 2,3,4 weeks between flights
Doing poorly on check rides because of inconsistent access to flights..
Being forced out of the program because they were unable to flight lesson plan cut off points.
etc...etc...etc..

There has to be a reason why some students just give up and leave the program..
