Multiple Aircraft Flight Plan

I'm just wondering... how is a multiple aircraft flight plan excecuted?

Easy as pie. The lead pilot files, naturally enough. In the ICAO form near the top there is a "number" which you enter the number of aircraft in the formation. FSS will also ask you the types, registrations and # people on board the other aircraft. It's handy when you're border-crossing to just file one flight plan, have one aircraft get the squawk code, etc.

Any item in the flight plan that will be different for each aircrat should be entered ZZZZ (or however many Zs) and then the specifics for each aircraft entered in item 18, Other Information.
