What you need to know is, how to get what you need to know.

This is not a retreat. Its an advance to the rear.

There are only 10 people in this world. Those that understand binary and those that don't.

as mentioned... it depends what you are looking for.

If you want to buckle down and get it done in as little time as possible have a look at some of the schools outside of major centres... or if time is not an issue... stay in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto or Montreal areas and apply for a college program and have some fun along the way

The school that ultimately makes DADDY or the BANK pay for the least amount of flying.

Not saying its not worth it... it cost us ALL a TON to become pilots in most cases... just save it for the first few yrs after you finnish your training. 24K a yr... IF you're lucky won't fix the K-Car you'll be driving as quickly as you might need.

From the sticky in the Flt Trg Forum .....

There have been many threads in this forum started from someone asking which school in Canada is the best, or which school in a region is a good school. Since there are already numerous topics discussing the same thing over and over, I have posted links to these threads to check before you ask which school is the best.

This doesn't mean you cannot post a new thread asking for suggestions on where to train. This is simply a reference to information that has already been posted. Recently, due to the large number of questions about this being asked, I have found that sometimes the questions are not really answered.

harv's air in steinbach, mb.

family run, has his own runway and a whack of planes. instructors are pretty good. prices are reasonable, too. ywg is close by, but lack of ATC staff makes it frustrating sometimes.

During the multi-IFR the ATC staff in YWG problem is annoying but as I've heard it's like that everywhere these days for IFR training
