Took my exam last September. Don't remember any exact questions but study human factors (learning factors, teaching methods,...) and also general knowledge ("which wing has a greater AoA in a turn",...). I used the Sharper Edge IR exam prep guide and found it very helpful. Also not too expensive. Also use the TC guides for PPL and CPL flight tests i.e. know the limitations for the exersices.
I don't think that the Canadian Commercial Pilot Answer Guide is very helpful as this exam is really different. No met, no flight planning and human factors is really big. I found the CPL exam more difficult but again, this exam is simply different!
