There's a lot of things to like about the 787-9. Not least is the fact that it carries 100 passengers more than a 767 (and a helluva lot more cargo) with a lower fuel burn.

Higher, further, faster, smoother too.

Plans are for an overseas trip 2016 or 17 as better half plans to hang up her skates from the medical profession, hopefully can snag the trip on the B787. The better half's boss(a doctor) does international conferences and was on AC B787, business /first class and his impression the service/comfort from Air Canada on that aircraft was spectacular.

I've been around the airline industry a long, long time. Every time a new airplane comes along, management always calls it a "game changer". This is the first new aircraft that I've seen that truly comes close to being a "game changer".
