So can we assume the wait time for those who interviewed in July/August has to do with the return of the MAX?

Some who interviewed around that time are being hired. It all depends on how you score.

So then why not PFO people if they don’t want them?iflyroads wrote: ↑Tue Nov 19, 2019 2:14 pm21cdnflyer wrote: ↑Tue Nov 19, 2019 11:28 am So can we assume the wait time for those who interviewed in July/August has to do with the return of the MAX?

Generally you’ll get the PFO email pretty quick. No news is good news. Some people wait quite a while till they get the welcome aboard phone call.

The higher you score during the whole interview process the sooner you'll be hired. Simple as that. Waiting doesn't mean you're not wanted.

Re: The Air Canada OTS thread
Can’t believe they brought the 330RP position back. Will it be seasonal like it was before?
Re: The Air Canada OTS thread
I believe it was brought back due to the new duty regs. Although they could just have put more FOs on it as well.

Re: The Air Canada OTS thread
Does the scoring system apply to OTS candidates only?? From my understanding, Jazz folks are interviewed and awarded job offers based on seniority with Jazz and do not follow a “scoring” type system to rank successful candidates.iflyroads wrote: ↑Tue Nov 19, 2019 7:39 pm

Is this correct, or am I off base?

Don't try and predict anything. This past summer I was called 1 week after my interview, to start PIT 2 weeks later. OTS. The girls in HR are very warm, welcoming and professional btw.

Very True. Also I’m sure your SWG pic time was music to their ears.dumbbell daddy wrote: ↑Sun Nov 24, 2019 4:21 am Don't try and predict anything. This past summer I was called 1 week after my interview, to start PIT 2 weeks later. OTS. The girls in HR are very warm, welcoming and professional btw.
