New hire at the end of PIT week 1... starting Monday we have to choose our equipment... I am trying to find a rough figure on what RP's are paid if they stay as RP's after teh first few years... I'd like stay widebody for as long as possible.. no kids to worry about .... just want to travel the world and work min legs per month to start....
I have dound several rough pay tables for every position except RP.... the ACPA pay tables are rather confusing since no one has yet explained how they work since we are on flat pay to start.... but those pay tables are important in deciding whether we want to use a bid.....
I am considering doing RP for the first 10 years or so due to schedule and easier commute and seeing the world...

Slacker. Get to work...
Anyway -
New RP pay is an averaged group pay so it will vary based on the block hours of those in the group from month to month... More 777 hours, higher average pay, more 767 hours lower average pay etc...
it gets updated every couple months on the ACPA site under forms/downloads - position group pay.
Here's the rough day/night average from the latest:
5 -92
6 - 96
7 - 100
8 - 103
9 - 108
10 - 112
11 - 114
12 - 115
edit:I don't know what pay tables you have but if you have any questions feel free to PM me.
