how long it takes from reference check to getting offer

Hi everyone, I am in the process of hiring now. After 2 interviews AC finally requested to check my reference. I sent the list last Friday and one of the three reference said he got a phone call from a third party on Monday.

I am wondering how long it takes from reference/background check to getting the offer? 10 working days? 20? What is your experience? Much appreciated!!!
