Paternity Leave at Air Canada

Does anyone know what the Paternity Leave for Air Canada pilots is? How much time, do they top up on EI, etc?

I know Jazz offers two months of reduced schedule for every month that you do not use paternity leave (i.e. 12 months of paternity leave OR 6 months paternity leave + 12 months of reduced schedule OR 24 months of reduced schedule). My math may be off depending if the Mother must take a certain amount of the 12 months allotted. Does Air Canada have anything like this?
