What’s will be the most popular equipment for new hires in the future?

With so much change in fleet at Air Canada, what will be the most popular first pick for new hires in the coming years? Once the 737 Max and CSeries are fully implemented into the fleet, and the A320s are being retired, will new hire bids be mostly the CSeries, 737, and Rouge 320? Also, out of the new hire bids, what’s your opinions on what will be the first gone, 737, CSeries, or 320?
