How many Pilots is AC planning to hire in the next 2-3 years

What’s the impact of AT & 737 Max which could change this

I don’t even think Murray Strom (VP FOPs at Air Canada) would be able to answer this.

Fair enough. I was referring more to the impact of the Transat and parked 737, but I didn’t word my response particularly well.
