I was just called for an interview for Dec.18 in YYZ.
What can I expect in terms of the interview, pysch. eval and the cog???
Any tips as well as anything anyone else may have to add (any do's and dont's would be great).

Lots of information here on the cog, psych and medical evaluations tests if you do a search. As for the interview I'm with wxnut, this isn't Cathay so you'll be interviewed by normal people. Be prepared to relate incidents where you had to display leadership, judgement and difficult decision making. They just want to see what kind of person you are. Get a haircut, dress nice and just be yourself and I'm sure you'll be fine.
