Sport charters

Post by NEBOJSA »

I am not a pilot ,but just wondering.I see that Air Canada flyes a few sport port teams around. How does it work?Is it always the same crew that flyes the team around? What happens when they get back home and they dont have a flight for a few days? Do they stay home, or fly their regular flights with Air Canada.

Thanks,Nesho

Having done Lots of these myself as flight crew i can say, it is good flying and it breaks away from the norm scheduled routine..
The pilots are not always the same(usually a 3 to 4 day pairing) crew doing the flying but the back end crew is always the same..
They stay with the team all season...
