For those of you who left your previous jobs within the last few months or years, sacrificing good seniority and/or good pay to go to AC, was it all worth it?
I'm a new father working for a regional carrier and wondering if its worth the jump to AC.
Also, what's the average income per month in per diems?
Appreciate any thoughts.

Grif.....I suspect if you are having to ask this question....you are going to find the initial sacrifice(s) as a new hire at AC more painful than someone who really knows where he wants to be 15 years from now. No doubt this is a tough decision for someone in your position given all of the uncertainties in this ever changing business.

Getting a block and only ever hearing my wife and friends call my cell phone....worth every penny.
