Also minimum guarantee is 77.5 hours and its blocked to a max of 16 days.

The LCC will use a 4 step process to covering open flying:
1) With greater than 48 prior to the pairing pilots can preselect from open time. Paid at 1.5 x hourly rate.
2) With 48 hours of departure the pilot with the lowest time awarded in the month, who has listed themselves for overtime will be offered flying as it becomes available. Paid at 1.5 x hourly rate.
3) Pilots who have listed themselves for voluntary reserve (paid 4.5 hours/day for listing themselves for either of two shifts) will be assigned pairings. If they are called they will be paid at 2 x hourly rate.
4) Pilots will be drafted by lottery, this can be done maximum once per year, per pilot. Paid at 2.5 x hourly rate.
All LCC flying is paid the greater of:
-Minimum 4.5 hours a day, or
-Scheduled flying time per day, or
-Actual flying time per day.
