It's in the flight ops tab on Aeronet, right near the top. PDF called "Arbitrator's Award".

Sunblock,
Why should it be public domain?

The arbitration decision contains some very interesting details regarding each party's submission that were not previously available.

For example, at page 18 of the decision the arbitrator refers to ACPA's submission that the end of mandatory retirement would provide a net benefit to Air Canada that ACPA costed at $94.5 million...

Funny, at the time we all said AC was going to realize tremendous windfall gains ... ACPA said it would cost AC money ... the Membership never had a chance.
It's probably much higher ... there are savings which don't show up on any balance sheet. Why did they keep this fact from the Membership? What did ACPA get for this humungous potential bargaining chip? Match over, 6-0, 6-0, 6-0. Anyway, that was then, this is now. Anybody got any ideas?

I have posted a copy of the new LOU 75: Elimination of Mandatory Retirement, as well as an opinion on the implications of the bidding restrictions contained in that LOU, on the Fly Past 60 web site:
