Which is the best to fly A330 or B767 - or does it really make any difference.

I haven't flown the 67 yet but I'd vote for the A330: It has a table.

They are two different generation of aircraft, quite different as far as such things go.

A330 pays slightly better.
B767 has more diverse destinations.

A330 flies you.
B767 you fly.

A330 is a technological marvel.
B767 is retarded.

"A330 is a technological marvel"

Why did AC unload the A340 then, isn't the A330 same as the A340 sans 2 engines. Was it due the A340 drank fuel with it's extra engines but better range - correct me if I am wrong.

Unless AC is planning on adding A350's to the fleet (unlikely) the era of the Airbus wide body at AC will be coming to an end. Makes no economic or operational sense to support such a small number fleet type. Yes, there is commonality with the Airbus narrow body fleet, but change may be coming in that regard as well. Perhaps the two announcements will be combined later this year.

This summarizes it perfectly. One sidenote however, and this is no small thing: In a Boeing you eat, but in an Airbus you dine. Never underestimate the tray-table.
