Just to clarify AC Pay on http://www.AirlinePilotCentral.com
Looking at Airlinepilotentral.compay rates for AC. Are the hourly rates for Captains from years 0-5 kinda redundent? The way I understand reading the tables is: if a guy was employeed at AC for (x) years "and" his sinority number allowed him to hold a Captain seat on the above a/c, then his rate would be --. Is this correct? I'm assuming that AC doesn't or hasn't in a very long time hired direct entry Captains??
