Explain it like I am 5 - what's the management strife?
I don't know any background information, but I hear pilots are unhappy with contracts. Can someone please explain in layman's terms what this all means?

Keep in mind, everyone's opinion on strife will be different. New hires have a different view and attitude then people who have been around for a very long time. It's all in one's perception and attitude.
