Anyone have any idea on what routes the 787 will be flying on launch?

A recent Wings article mentioned that 787 routes would primarily begin with domestic destinations, even flying the RapidAir triangle. All until as many crews and staff get necessary experience. Also mentioned some stuff about flying a bit domestically until all the ETOPS requirements were fulfilled.

Yyz-tlv starting july 1st. I expect it to make its way around Canada with a focus on yyz&yul and some lhr flights to get pilots trained up beforehand.

I would imagine the pilots are keen to get going on the latest new addition to the AC fleet. Possibly heading over to YVR late 2014, if opportunity presents itself, shall book with AC on their new machine............

I have also seen YYZ-LHR 12x/week and YYZ-ZRH 6x/week for 2 months starting May 1st prior to the TLV service. Looking at bookings, the LHR is loaded but the ZRH is still showing 767s.
