Let's say an Air Canada pilot (YYZ base, junior FO) were to commute to work (in a jumpseat).
What would the cost be if he lived in:
-YVR
-YUL
-YHZ
-YQX
-YXU
Also, can an AC pilot sit in a cockpit jumpseat Jazz/Sky/GGN/EVAS and at what cost?
Are there any other company cockpit jumpseats an AC pilot can sit in?
How long in advance would he have to request a jumpseat?
Can Jazz/Sky/GGN/EVAS pilots jumpseat on AC?
Thanks,
-Maus

Re: Air Canada Jumpseat Privileges
List for standby economy like all the other employees with an online system that shows how many open seats are left, how many standby are listed, and how many are senior to you and the cost. If at the gate you find out the plane is full you can ask for the jump. Only need advance notice for trans border. Cost for the js is the same as standby in the back. Company bills your credit card that's on file about a month later. We can jump on jazz and sky pending the crews approval, same the other way.
