MyTravelID assistance in listing for flight

Post by Paulc9 »

Hello!

I am wondering how or where I can list myself on my upcoming flight. I booked my zed fare and have my e-ticket but was unable to use mytravelID to list myself as Finnair was not listed...

My flight is FRA - HEL this coming week

I phoned Finnair but they said they cannot do it over the phone.

Any help?

Hi Paul,

If you purchased the e-ticket through the MyIDtravel site I believe it automatically lists you. At least it has for every carrier I have ever used MYIDTRAVEL to purchase zeds through (AC, WJ, Porter, Delta). You could most likely call their reservations line and give them your name and they should be able to confirm that they have you on the flight. The beauty of myidtravel is it does it all in one go (booking, purchasing and listing). Did you purchase the Zeds through MYIDTRAVEL?

Whatever you do, don't call the employee standby line, it's a nebulous void-like purgatory where all time is lost. Beware!
