Yes, but only certain models of King Air. They only accept time on electro-mechanical gear models of King Air, as soon as you touch a hydraulic gear model, you're out of contention. They also prefer ProLine 21 over all other avionics packages, will accept steam gauges, but any G1000 models are disqualified.NickyNick wrote:Does Encore hire anyone with mostly King Air time?

I hear only Kingair 100 guys get in. Anything bigger does not qualify.
Anyway, on a serious note I don't know what you have heard but the plane you fly doesn't really matter. Do you qualify based on the requirements on the website and want to work for Westjet? Apply and see what happens.
