Re: Qantas is thrilled
There is some Westjet Haters out there but again it was a funny article, the Westjet 767'S are doing pretty good hoping for some more 767's soon
Re: Qantas is thrilled
Now that's funny.Last year Westjet expanded into wide body long haul service with Boeing 767’s to Iceland and Greenland with the odd plane making it all the way to Continental Europe.

I find the concept of being a hater of a corporation amusing, assuming one isn't a starry eyed fan.jetsetfly wrote:There is some Westjet Haters out there but again it was a funny article, the Westjet 767'S are doing pretty good hoping for some more 767's soon
In my view, Westjet really pooched the London launch, cause unlike most, I don't consider low price any total measure of success.
I value a rock bottom price far less than time, which cannot be replaced.

New planes come from JAL though. I doubt they make same mistake twice.
Re: Qantas is thrilled
Since the 4 current 763s came back from 2 weeks each at Premier Aviation in Nov, the number of maintenance related issues have dropped significantly. Additional 767s for the bridge to new aircraft deliveries will involve careful selection of the aircraft refurbisher.
