YYC Crash pad

Looking at opening up my home as a crash pad for commuters. Wondering what the current price point is and what the set up looks like... bunk beds, private rooms. Any info would be appreciated. I'm trying to determine if there's much demand. Feel free to PM me or reply on here.

One I know of in YYC is a detached home/fully furnished/internet/BBQ/etc offered at $450 for private bedroom or $225 shared bedroom/twin beds (no bunks). It is a short cab ride to airport which makes a big difference in convenience.

This one is full with those amenities and price so I guess there is a demand at the right price with the right amenities and reasonable distance to airport.
