Just wondering what the hiring mins are for west jet. I know on the website they are asking for 1500 tt but what are they actually hiring with? I have 3200hrs flying a EMB 170/175, for an American operator. I am canadian and I have my TC ATP.

There has been a lot of coverage on this in the past.
Recently I posted what typical profiles were in our last classes. Typically most had over 5000 hrs and most had internal recommends.
