Have to agree with Scuba.... Lindros never made it back from the last concussion and he never will. He's pretty much gonna coast out there. Money well wasted. Not a bad person really, great skill. Just 1 concussion too many. You'll see....

The big E's contract should have been per game rather than per year. What's the over/under on games before he gets a concussion / back / shoulder / knee injury. I'm thinking around 20 games and I pick UNDER.

There is also the added fact he WANTS to play here. Maybe that might add a little heart to the man to step up his game. Guys from Scarborough, I'm sure he doesn't want to look like an ass infront of his home town.

I can see it now......Allison runs into Lindros in practice...both knocked out cold and done for the season...

On another note: how do guys think that Crosby will do. Personally i think that he will be fine but will not be a dominating force like everyone makes him out to be. He was scoring at a torrid pace in the QMJHL but that league doesn't have the likes of Chris Pronger, Derian Hatcher, Scott Stevens and other mean monsters maning the blue lines.

I think he could do OK as long as the Pens don't just throw him to the wolves. Keep him playing with at least one tough guy all the time and don't keep him on the ice for 22 minuites a game or anything ridiculous like that.
