Hockey and Nickleback

Whats the deal between these two?

I watched the battle of Alberta the other night where Calgary pounded the Oilers 4-0. Emotions running high, the dying moments of the third period produced lots of fights. And from all the fight music that one could play, you Albertans once again surprise us all with Nickleback! How predictable... Do you really love them that much?! It's bad enough that I have to listen to Nickleback for the intro of HNIC but is it really necessary to blast that crap in the arena during a sacred hockey fight?! Since when did they become the soundtrack to Canadian hockey?!

I think Nickleback is whats wrong with music these days. I hate them. More than these Engrish words can represent. Stupid Engrish.

PS. Nickleback is to Alberta as Celine Dion is to ... uhh ... well, they both suck.

Chad kroeger (of nickleback) is a big raging douchebag.. Not only does he have a COUPLE DUI's now.. but I've personally had an incident with that indecent low life prick.

Plus the music just sucks!

I dont understand how their last album is reaching the 5 mil mark, they do fuckin suck. I guess whatever they shove down peoples throats will become successful, its no wonder why rap is so big.

they're really big overseas for some reason (NZ, Aus for sure), along with Bryan Adams, Celine Dion, Shania Twain.......we export all our crap.
