Wasaya New CBA
Wasaya's new CBA was ratified Friday with over 80% approval by the union members.
Rumor on the street is that the new pay structure has ditched the former mileage pay system in favor of a duty day based pay. Personally I'm glad to see companys getting away from mileage pay, it should be outlawed in the era of SMS.
Also heard many of their bases are going to a 2 week on 2 week off rotation.
About time someone starts giving a shit about pilots home life. Good job ALPA.

Correct, but to a certain point only.floats4fun wrote:No, good job to the few pilots who gave a shyte to change the place and make a difference. Not alpa.
You think their MEC would be able to fight for some of those negotiated items without the support (protection) of ALPA or another large union??? Ask how GGN's union ("association") members are doing when it comes to fighting for contract or grievances......
Never the less, good for Wasaya pilots!
Re: Wasaya New CBA
The GGN pilots tried separating from the rest of the company years ago, and were quashed by the LRB, They need real representation, Pilots are sh1tty negotiators
