National coming to Canada

I know this is the company that lost a 747 on takeoff out of Bagram other than that i've never heard of them.

It was Nationair that crashed...not National Air!

No, it was National that lost a 747 in Afghanistan...

Nationair was a Canadian company that crashed in Saudi Arabia in 1991

National Air Cargo .. Three letter NCR.
They operate a handful of both the B757 and B747.
I've seen their B757 at YHZ & YQX on tech stops doing troop flights for the USAF.

Their Cargo op has been into YYC a couple times a year.

I thought their passenger op was more for US/UK troop movements.

Did they not announce vancouver to MCO flights last year but that never appended???

Yep.

They were going to run a B767 YVR - MCO starting last May 4 times a week - but they said they didn't have enough interest and sales were too low......so they never showed.

...Seems they are going to remove the axe and the control column from the cockpits for security reasons.
