can anyone share some valuable information on the unionization of airlines?
the question will be "will airlines be more or less unionized in the future?"
I have inferred so far that Canada will become more unionized but internationally, airlines will become less unionized.
Could anyone elaborate on that? (sorry for the broad question lol, but I barely have any knowledge towards unions in the aviation industry....besides the acronyms and what they stand for)

I really can't see airlines becoming less unionized. For one, most already are unionized and would require decertification, which is very rare. Secondly, the airlines that aren't, have rumours or attempts at unionizing already.
Union or not, both sides have plus and minuses. But with tight competition and the need to make as much profit, more often off the backs of employees, often comes the need for a union at some point.

I'm curious what led you to infer that Canada will be more unionized vs world, regarding airlines.
