How many pilots have quit in the last 18 months.....Hundreds.
Do they follow a N.A. or European model of CRM culture?... No.
How many fired last year....near 100.
This is the way many of these carriers operate. Too many days on the road, DH for free, it all adds up to fatigue and poor schedules.
